Shipping

• We ship across the continental United States via UPS, FedEx and USPS.
• Most in-stock items ship within 2–5 business days.
• Orders of $50.00 or more ship free. Orders under $50.00 have a flat shipping fee of $6.49.
• Select oversized or heavy items carry an additional freight surcharge, shown on the product page and at checkout before you place your order.
• Volume/contract pricing customers: ask your sales contact about qualifying for free shipping on all orders.

Returns

• Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number.
• Defective or incorrectly shipped items are replaced or refunded at our expense.
• Custom-ordered and cut-to-length items are non-returnable unless defective.

Damaged shipments

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, note it with the carrier and contact us within 5 business days — we will make it right.
